Getting started

Quickstart

Krafta builds software autonomously. You describe what you want; the AI plans, codes, tests, and deploys — checking in with you only when blocked. This guide gets you to a running loop in under five minutes.

1. Sign up

Create an account at krafta.ai/sign-up. Verify your email. The Free plan includes $1 of credits — enough for several short iterations.

2. Create a project

From the dashboard, click New project. A 6-step wizard walks you through:

  1. Describe the project in plain language
  2. Pick a repository host (Krafta GitHub, your GitHub, or none)
  3. Pick a deploy target (Krafta-hosted, your cloud, or commit-only)
  4. Connect notification channels (email is on by default)
  5. Set a budget / iteration cap
  6. Review and launch

3. Watch the loop

Once the loop spins up, you'll see a live log stream. Each line shows what the AI is doing: planning, editing files, running tests, committing, deploying. Stay on the page or close it — Krafta keeps working.

4. Reply when needed

When the AI needs your input, it pauses and emails you. Reply normally — no special syntax. Send a follow-up at any time:
