1. Acceptance

By using Krafta you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

Krafta provides an autonomous AI software development platform. You describe a project; we run an AI agent that builds it. Output (code, deployments) is yours.

3. Your account

You're responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for everything that happens under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Krafta to build malware, scrape protected systems, generate harmful content, infringe intellectual property, or violate laws.

5. Billing & credits

Subscriptions are pre-paid and convert to credits. Top-ups are non-refundable. We may pause loops if your balance reaches zero.

6. Ownership

You own the code Krafta generates for you. We retain rights only to anonymized aggregate usage data for service improvement.

7. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Columbus, Ohio. Class actions waived.
